Fitness Resolution opened in Virden, MB in June of 2009.
Fitness Resolution has a wide variety of fitness equipment including weight stacked Star Trac Circuit Equipment. The Circuit is fast, effective and can be completed in less than 20 minutes, and is tailored just for you. You will never be waiting again with our huge assortment of cardio equipment including: 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 recumbent bikes, 2 upright bikes, 1 stair stepper, 1 StairMaster, 1 AirDyne Bike and 1 rower. All cardio equipment includes "cardio theatre", which allows you to listen to one of our 3 flatscreens with your headphones while you exercise. For all of you wanting to build muscle, whether it be to tone or bulk up, we've got all the state of the art equipment you will need to achieve your physical fitness goals. This equipment includes: bench press, dual cable pully, pull-up/dip tower, roman chair, smith machine, squat rack, 3 benches, leg press, kettlebells and dumbbells ranging from 3-100 lbs.

After a long hard workout, hop into our relaxing sauna. Sauna use is free with all memberships.
Fitness Resolution also has spacious men's and ladies' changerooms and showers! We have lockers in the changerooms that you can bring your own lock to use, however we do not recommend bringing valuables with you.
There is a vending machine stocked with various health items and drinks.
