  • PUMP/RIP - 1 hour Strength Training 
  • SPIN - 1 hour Indoor Cycling
  • SPIN/PUMP - 30 min. Indoor Cycling & 30 min. Strength Training
  • STEP - 1 hour Step Aerobics 
  • STEP/PUMP - 30 min. Step Aerobics and 3o min. Strength Training
  • POWERSTEP - 45 minute High Intensity Step Aerobics
  • SPORT - 1 hour Cardio, Core and Strength Training
  • CORE - 30 minutes Ab/Back Exercises
  • STRONG - 50 min. High Intensity Intervals to Music
  • TABATA - 40 min. Intervals, 10 min Ab/Back exercises
  • TRANSFORM - 1 hr class uniting Yoga & Strength (bring yoga mat)
  • YOGA - 1 hr class (bring yoga mat)

Non-Members - $10

Fitness on Demand classes are free with your membership and can be accessed at anytime on the big screen in the Group Exercise Room. You can also access the classes on your phone in the FOD app to use anywhere in the facility if you are connected to our Wireless Internet.
