Group Exercise Classes 

  • PUMP/RIP - 1 hour Strength Training
  • SPIN 30 - 30 minute Indoor Cycling 
  • STEP - 1 hour Step Aerobics 
  • STEP/PUMP - 30 min. Step Aerobics and 3o min. Strength Training
  • TABATA - 40 min. Intervals, 10 min Ab/Back exercises
  • TRANSFORM - 1 hr class uniting Yoga & Strength (bring yoga mat)
  • METKON RX - 1 hr Functional Strength & Cardio


Members - $2

Non-Members - $10

 
 

Fitness on Demand classes are free with your membership and can be accessed at anytime on the big screen in the Group Exercise Room. You can also access the classes on your phone in the FOD app to use anywhere in the facility if you are connected to our Wireless Internet.

Do a class on your own or meet up with a group and do a class together!
