Fitness Resolution opened in Virden, MB in June of 2009.
We have a wide variety of fitness equipment. You will never be waiting again with our huge assortment of cardio equipment including: 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 recumbent bikes, 2 upright bikes, 1 stair stepper, 1 StairMaster, 1 Assault bike and 1 rower. All cardio equipment includes "cardio theatre", which allows you to listen to one of our 3 flatscreens with your headphones while you exercise. For all of you wanting to build muscle, whether it be to tone or bulk up, we've got a great selection of equipment to help you achieve your physical fitness goals. This equipment includes: bench press, dual cable pully, full body circuit, Hoist multi-gym, pull-up/dip tower, leverage squat and calf station, roman chair, dual smith machine, squat rack, 3 benches, leg press and dumbbells ranging from 3-100 lbs.
If it's classes that you are looking for, look no further we offer a variety of exciting and motivational classes. Classes are held at various times throughout the week.

After a long hard workout, hop into our relaxing sauna. Sauna use is free with all memberships.
We have spacious men's and ladies' changerooms and showers! We have lockers in the changerooms that you can bring your own lock to use, however we do not recommend bringing valuables with you.
There is a vending machine stocked with various health items and drinks.
