Fitness on Demand classes are free with your membership and can be accessed at anytime on the big screen in the Group Exercise Room. You can also access the classes on your phone in the FOD app to use anywhere in the facility if you are connected to our wireless internet. Do a class on your own or meet up with a group and do a class together!
